Tania, co-founder of Brune Kitchen, is creating delicious, functional, and nutritious clean treats powered by real ingredients to fuel people’s lives and bring joy. She and her co-founder, Jahan, met in law school and bonded over a shared love for travel, baked goods, and late-night snacks. Realizing that conventional treats took a toll on their health, they began experimenting with wholesome ingredients like tahini to create ooey-gooey, soft-baked cookies that provide comfort without compromise. Today, Tania’s mission with Brune Kitchen is to spread happiness, one bite at a time, through feel-good, nutritious desserts.
